Intuition is a natural quality within every human being. No more no less, just as love is a quality, no more no less. By focusing your attention on a quality of human nature you help to exercise and train and understand this quality. This we have been doing from the minute we are born, and all through our childhood into adulthood.
My personal view is to keep it simple, not to wrap it up in spiritual glamour to put it on a pedestal and worship it. There is a great tendency to do this regarding so-called spiritual qualities, and intuition is in the major league here. The spiritual world is a labyrinth of deception and illusion protecting the truth Your task is to guide yourself to the point where you can master this labyrinth and not be dependent on its "treasures"
For me there are 4 levels of intuition.
1. idea
2. act (within 2 minutes)
3. experience (Flow) (more than 2 minutes)
4. master

My own Glamour
Glamour… What do I do with it?
As a Scot, I have developed a rather maverik of-beat sense of humour to all this spirituality. I find it healthy to let go of that which I love so dearly.
I offer a sweetener to wet the appetite, my own personal experience, how I perceive and work with my own Glamour.
“Is consciousness why I am here, is this what it is all about, that my soul is transient and uses my human body as a vehicle for its own ends, its own spiritual ends Incarnating in various human bodies slowly learning and evolving from one class to the next. like being at school, up a level of consciousness on the stairway to heaven. I tend to disagree with the general interpretation of this message which has been communicated for the last 144,000 years (oops!! I slipped it out again), written in the classical spiritual works, and communicated verbally or nonverbally (channeled)(glamour) from the Spiritual Masters.(glamour). It is not that I am in disagreement with the essence of it, on the contrary I am in complete agreement with this truth, if not unquestionable truth.(glamour) But this is not the point This is not why I am here.
And here is my challenge, the gauntlet I cast down. What do I do with this truth?
As someone who has been working in this field for the past 32 years, travelling and meeting and working with others from around the world, I have learned that I am not here to follow my soul.(glamour).
I first learned this and felt it in my body when I stood up as a 19 year old at the worlds leading spiritual community –Findhorn, Scotland, in front of over 400 dedicated world servers and light warriors. I stood up with respect to the main speaker – Peter Caddy the Founder of Findhorn, and disagreed with his comments about the future of the New Age movement, Findhorn, and Humanity. He stated that our goal as lightwarriors (Glamour)and world servers, (Glamour) was to spiritualise humanity. (Glamour) I said, “ No Peter, our goal is to humanise spirituality !” (WHAT!!!)
Such an insight, such a perception, at 19 years old, has been fundamental to who I am and my work, and because of this I have earned a degree of respect at Findhorn and throughout the world for such insights, including a Doctors Degree from the World Yoga Parliament, , signed by the President of India with copies kept at the United Nations headquarters New York, The Arab League Cairo, Egypt, and New Delhi India. Issued –1991 at the age of 35. (Glamour)

I, in this honour continue the work? What is my responsibility? Do I set up a school? (I already have done!) What do I teach? ….What I have said all along …that we are here to humanise spirituality….bring it all down. And how do I do all this, as a spiritual master? (Glamour) I work with the biggest challenge of my time, the transformation of spiritual glamour…..and the first place to start with…MYSELF.

“I have searched the spiritual and believed in the spiritual, and I have delved into religion and God. I have sought security, and new relationships. I have run to new gods new experience new worlds,
and still I have not found me.
I have placed my faith in meditation and prayer, and still I have not found me. I have bought crystals by the ton - denying my own power. I have surrendered to my gurus- blindly. I have bought hope for a fortune, and then sold it for twice the price. I have regressed into my past and projected into my future,
and still I have not found me.
I have consulted the clairvoyants - clinging to their every word. I have analysed my mind, and cleansed my aura - built temples of power and temples of magic and temples of imagination.
And still I have not found me.
Then out of sheer frustration, I have locked myself up, and closed myself down, and said to everyone else that I am open. I talk in a more sophisticated manner, yet have forgotten how to communicate my true feelings. I have alienated myself from my family - and real friends are fewer than before. I live in a street of a thousand people - yet know no neighbours. I am a stranger to my own culture, and look upon others with hostility or envy - yet call myself international. I believe I have the power to change the world, yet watch helplessly the news showing war and destruction. I surround myself in comfort, yet cry out to be released from my loneliness while at the same time running away from strangers. I have retreated to God and retreated to Oneness, and proclaimed I have found the Only True Path.
Yet all I see -
whenever I see - is the remains of what once was a human.

The Art Of Meta
The Art of Meta, is about firstly, taking the technique of Meta, and turning it into an art form, Art is a form of Alchemy - transformation - metamorphosis, and healing is also a form of Alchemy
Meta is a revolution, transformation, metamorphosis … we are slowly, slowly quickly moving out of “The Age of the Caterpiller – into “The Age of the Butterfly” everything about the Butterfly is old yet new, its essence is old yet new, Its creation is old yet new
Its language and how it comes to be is old yet new.
Meta speaks the language of the heart, which is “the Ancient of Ancients” in a New Way.
Meta is a New Way of Alchemy…The Alchemy of Celebration
The Philosophers Stone – The elixir of Life – and the Holy Grail, are one and the same thing.

The highest form of Art is the transformation of human consciousness. Each human being born is the raw naked canvas. Finding the right tools and materials for this canvas is only just the beginning. Then you need the skill and the talent, but then first before any of this , you play, then you lern how to play and move with the form no two paintings are painted exactly the same
To work on the raw canvas and metamorposis it into a work of art
“The Artist is a creator, a transformer, and an enlightener.
The Artist creates the new - now
The Artist transforms the basics, the essential raw material into an “enlightened” quality of being
The Artists strongest tool is in” The Allowing” of the freedom of expression of this quality of being - to allow the “enlightened” element of this quality to manifest and express itself
The Artist dares (allows) to meet and move into the raw material and be with it, as it is, in its essential beauty (Form)
This meeting is an empathy, a recognition, an awareness, which shapes and inspires both artist and form naturally towards their unique expression. And thus sets “the enlightened” free to manifest.”

What quality is the clay?
And what quality is the sand?
And what quality is our mind when we place it in the fiery lake, our heart?
in the name of God do we crawl, or walk or dance?
