Show you love

The mind likes to think it is in charge so it takes or attempts to own the spirit as itself...And the mind now sits on the throne of spirit, and says to it self , that it is the spirit, when it infact is our mind
We deceive ourselves in the name of spirit, and yes ......Spirit is Love
And the only way to be sure is not to think that you have found Love (Spirit)
But to Show you have love. This is the only way for certain that you have any love, otherwise you go around just thinking you have love, and this is narciscitic.
To show you love is the most difficult and easiest thing you can ever do.
And Spirit is all about showing, not thinking,
you can have all the spirit in the world..(Love) But how will ever anyone know if you do not show it. Thinking you have love and can give love...is not the point at all
